(a) The middle housing lots shown on the tentative plan were created pursuant to <br />a middle housing land division and may not be further divided. <br />(b) The middle housing developed on the middle housing lots shown on the <br />tentative plan shall remain middle housing and shall not be considered to be any <br />other housing type as a result of the middle housing land division. <br />Response: <br />The tentative plan includes the required notes verbatim on the general notes <br />page: <br />1. "The middle housing lots shown on the tentative plan were created <br />pursuant to a middle housing land division and may not be further <br />divided." <br />2. "The middle housing developed on the middle housing lots shown on the <br />tentative plan shall remain middle housing and shall not be considered to <br />be any other housing type as a result of the middle housing land division." <br />This criterion is satisfied. <br />EC 9.8194(9) - Existing Improvements <br />Criterion / Standard: <br />The proposed MHLD must not cause existing improvements on the middle <br />housing lots to become inconsistent with applicable standards in the land use <br />code. <br />Response: <br />The proposed middle housing lot lines and easements have been planned so that <br />existing improvements remain consistent with applicable land use standards. <br />Existing structures, access, utilities, and other improvements are shown on the <br />tentative plan. The MHLD does not create a nonconformity or increase any <br />existing nonconformity. This criterion is satisfied. <br />V. Final Plat Reference <br />
