A 10-inch stormwater line is located within <br />the Ayres Road right-of-way according to available public records online. See the attached Existing <br />Conditions Plan. <br /> <br />Transportation <br />The surrounding public streets are in the jurisdiction of and maintained by the City of Eugene, with the <br />exception of Gilham Road which is maintained by Lane County north of the Ayres Road intersection. The <br />abutting segment of Ayres Road is classified as a Major Collector street. Lane Transit District provides <br />bus service south of the site along the Green Acres Road/Crescent Road corridor. <br /> <br />Solid Waste Management <br />Solid waste collection is operated by private firms (e.g., Sanipac, Lane Apex, etc.) and the site is included <br />in the franchise territory managed by the City of Eugene. <br /> <br />Water and Electric Service <br />EWEB provides water and electric service to the site. An existing water line is located within the Ayres <br />Road right-of-way according to available public records online. The existing dwelling on-site has electric <br />service provided via overhead lines that connect to a pole near the southwest corner of the site. See the <br />attached Existing Conditions Plan. <br /> <br />Fire and Emergency Medical Services <br />The Eugene-Springfield Fire Department provides fire and emergency medical services to the site within <br />the incorporated City limits. <br /> <br />Police Protection <br />The Eugene Police Department provides police protection to the site within the incorporated City limits. <br /> <br />City-wide Parks and Recreation programs <br />The City of Eugene provides parks throughout the jurisdiction. Area parks include Creekside Park to the <br />north and Osprey Hollow Park to the west. Recreation services are provided by the City of Eugene, along <br />with a range of private and non-profit entities (e.g., Kidsports). <br /> <br />Land Use Controls <br />The City of Eugene provides planning and land use controls within the jurisdiction, including this site. <br /> <br />Communication Facilities <br />Several private communication providers offer service throughout Eugene. Existing telephone lines and <br />other overhead utility lines are available in the abutting Ayres Road right-of-way. <br /> <br />
