Per EC 9.7230, the applicant shall submit an application for a <br />development permit within 36 months of the approval effective date, or the approval shall <br />expire. A performance agreement in accordance with EC 9.7025 is required. <br />The Standards Review shall remain effective for 18 months following the effective date of <br />approval, in accordance with EC 9.7230.
