Conditions related to planned Unit Development (PDF 25-01) <br />10. Prior to final site plan approval, the applicant shall submit a revised Private Joint Use <br />Access and Utility Easement and Maintenance Agreement (JAM) that includes referencing <br />Tambour Lane and Tambour Court as part of Lot A, and the Permitted Improvements and <br />Construction Expectations section shall be revised to either define a blanket PUE with a <br />private utility corridor or a blanket private utility easement with a PUE corridor. <br />11. Prior to final site plan approval, the final site plans shall be revised to either define a <br />blanket PUE with a private utility corridor or a blanket private utility easement with a PUE <br />corridor. <br />12. Per EC 9.7230, the applicant shall submit an application for a <br />development permit within 36 months of the approval effective date, or the approval shall <br />expire. A performance agreement in accordance with EC 9.7025 is required. <br />The Standards Review shall remain effective for 18 months following the effective date of <br />approval, in accordance with EC 9.7230.
