General Requirements <br />a. Submit a legal description of property included in the variance application. <br />A legal description of the property typed on an 8 ½” x 11” white sheet of paper, black and white, <br />with font size 10-point or greater suitable for recording is included as Exhibit B. <br />b. For sign variances, provide an elevation plan to scale showing the sign and <br />the structure it is mounted on with dimensions. <br />Elevation plans of the signs and mounting structure with dimensions drawn to scale are shown <br />on pages 2, 3, and 4 in Exhibit A. <br /> <br />
