Filing Fee <br />The required filing fee of $909.33 is provided with the initial submittal. <br />2. Written Statement <br />Two paper copies and a digital copy of the written statement are provided as part of the initial <br />application submittal. Findings of compliance with applicable criteria in EC 9.8760 are provided <br />in Section 4.0. <br />3. Site Plan Requirements <br />Two paper copies and digital copies of the Site Plan are provided as part of the application <br />submittal. <br />a. Date, north arrow, and standard engineer's scale. <br />Date, north arrow, and scale are indicated on L0.00 – Site Plan (Exhibit A). <br />b. Assessor's map and tax lot numbers. <br />The subject site is comprised of one parcel identified on Assessor’s Map No. 17-03-29-40 as <br />Tax Lot 00301 (Exhibit A). <br />c. Vicinity map drawing (does not need to be drawn to scale). <br />A project Vicinity Map is included in Exhibit A. <br />d. Dimension of the site plan boundary. <br />Dimensions of the area subject to the variance request are shown in Exhibit A. <br />e. Location of all existing Structures. Indicate whether they will remain or be <br />removed.
