EC 9.8520(2)(e): The proposed subdivision complies with EC 9.6710(6) Geological and <br />Geotechnical Analysis. <br />Per EC 96710(6), a certification from an Oregon licensed Civil Engineer, addressing <br />slope stability and other specific site development constraints, is attached. <br />EC 9.8520(2)(fi: The proposed subdivision complies with EC 9.6730 Public Circulation on <br />Site. <br />All proposed residential lots have frontage on a public street, and access to the public <br />sidewalk. <br />EC 9.8520(2)(g): The proposed subdivision complies with EC 9.6735 Public Access Required. <br />All proposed residential lots have frontage on a public street as required by this section. <br />Future driveway locations will meet the standards of EC 7.420. <br />EC 9.8520(2)(h): The proposed subdivision complies with EC 9.6750 Special Setback <br />Standards. <br />Taney Street has been dedicated and improved to its full design width. No special <br />setbacks are needed or proposed. <br />EC 9.8520(2)(i): The proposed subdivision complies with EC 9.6775 Underground Utilities. <br />All new utilities constructed as part of this development will be placed underground as <br />required by this section. <br />EC 9.8520(2)0): The proposed subdivision complies with EC 9.6780 Vision Clearance Area. <br />All proposed intersections and any landscaping and/or plantings within the right-of-way <br />will be designed in accordance with the vision clearance requirements of this section (as <br />shown in Figure 9.0500 Vision Clearance Area). <br />EC 9.8520(2)(k): The proposed subdivision complies with EC 9.6791 through 9.6 79 7 <br />regarding stormwater. <br />The stormwater system is shown on the tentative plan. It includes the pipe collection <br />system, and a combination of stormwater treatment; a large public raingarden (adjacent to <br />Lot 12) and raingardens between the sidewalk and the curb (adjacent to Lot 19 and Lot <br />10) are utilized prior to discharge of the stormwater runoff to the existing City system in <br />Taney Street. The ultimate destination of the stormwater runoff is the existing 48" storm <br />water pipe in Taney Street, upstream from node 69021.
