streets constructed in a manner that discourages non local traffic (at the direction <br />or suggestion of the City review). <br />EC 9.6855: Street Names <br />Wallows Way and Harley Way are not known to duplicate or resemble any <br />existing street names in Lane County. <br />EC 9.6865: Transit Facilities <br />This application proposes needed housing. Therefore, this section does not <br />apply. It is also not expected that any Transit Facilities would be needed or <br />desired in conjunction with this subdivision (there were no noted or required <br />facility considerations associated with. the previous subdivision). <br />EC 9.6870: Street Width <br />Harley Way and Wallowa Way have a 28-foot paving width in a 55-foot right-of- <br />way, in compliance with City standard. <br />EC 9.8520(2)(c): The proposed subdivision complies with EC 9.6500 through 9.6505 - Public <br />Improvement Standards. <br />Seven foot PUE's are proposed adjacent to all proposed public street rights -of -way, <br />which is expected to adequately facilitate all anticipated public utility extensions outside <br />of the public right-of-way. Additional easements and/or PUE "bump -outs" will be <br />provided as needed to accommodate the installation of public utilities necessary to serve <br />the proposed development. The applicant will coordinate with the utility companies as <br />to the required dimensions of any additional easements or PUE "bump -outs" prior to final <br />plat approval. Easements which may be necessary for public utilities not required to <br />serve the subject site will be granted per Eugene code. <br />All proposed public utilities, including streets, sewers, water, electric, etc. will be <br />constructed in accordance with adopted city plans and policies as required by this section. <br />EC 9.8520(2)(d): The proposed subdivision complies with EC 9.6706 Development in Flood <br />Plains through EC 9.6709 Special Flood Hazard Areas - Standards. <br />The proposed development falls within FEMA Zone X (an area determined to be outside <br />the 500-year flood) as shown on FIRM Map 41039C 1108F, dated June 2, 1999. <br />Criteria Conformance Statement <br />- Lassen Estates Subdivision <br />Page 5 of 8 <br />
