In cases where a required street connection would result in the <br />extension of an existing street that is not improved to city standards... <br />This application does not propose the extension of existing streets that are <br />not improved to city standards. Therefore, this section does not apply. <br />g, h, i) Except for applications proposing housing to be reviewed with clear <br />and objective approval criteria, in the context of a Type II or Type III <br />land use decision, the city shall grant an exception to the standards in <br />subsection (2)(b), (c) or (d) if the applicant demonstrates that any <br />proposed exceptions are consistent with (other code standards). <br />No adjustment to these standards is expected to be needed or requested. <br />Therefore, these sections do not apply. <br />EC 9.6820: Cul-de-sacs <br />There are no cul-de-sacs proposed in this development. The streets that will be <br />extended in the future (Harley & Wallow) are less than 150 feet from the <br />intersection. <br />EC 9.6830: Intersections of Streets and Alleys <br />All proposed intersections are at right angles as required by this section. The <br />spacing of all intersections meets the 100-foot minimum spacing allowed by this <br />section within the subdivision; intersection separation is greater than 200 feet on <br />Tany Street (a neighborhood collector).
