Please note that I plan to provide oral testimony to supplement <br />this letter at the March 12th public hearing. <br />There is no connection between the RR/SC Neighborhood Plan and the proposed code <br />amendments and it conflicts with the currently adopted and acknowledged land use regulations. <br />Lastly, the proposed code amendments would jeopardize my clients' local business and the jobs it <br />provides.
