EC9.6725 – Outdoor Lighting <br />Standards.” The applicant also submitted a lightingplan entitled “Ross LanePhotometrics <br />Report” thatillustratesthe lightingtypeand photometricimpactoftheproposed lighting onthe <br />subject property, which establish thefeasibility ofcompliance withthe EC9.6725standards. <br />Detailed review of lighting standards willbe reviewed at the timeofbuilding permitreview. <br />d) EC 9.6735 Public Access Required. <br />Finding: The development sitehasfrontage on RossLaneandKlamathStreet. Referral <br />comments from Public Worksconfirmthattheproposedaccess toRoss Lane, classified asa <br />medium-volume local street, is consistentwithapplicablesectionsofEC7.420. <br />e) EC9.6750SpecialSetbackStandards. <br />Finding: Thisstandard allowstheCitytorequireaspecialsetbackwhen publicright-of-way <br />widthsare less than the amount needed to design andconstructstreetsin accordance withCity <br />standards. The special setback ensures that buildingsareconstructed inamannerthattheywill <br />conform with front and interior setbacks when the streets upon whichthey front are widened and <br />improved to City standards. <br />Ross Lane is a medium-volume local street with a 45-foot right-of-way widthadjacent to the site. <br />The minimum width for a medium-volume local street in EC Table 9.6870 is 50 feet. The <br />applicanthas proposed a specialsetback measuring 25 feet fromthe designated center line of <br />Ross Lane.
