0 <br />MEMORANDUM <br />DATE: January 28, 2001 <br />TO: Ed Haney, City of Eugene Surveyor's Office <br />FROM: James Lee Paddock. <br />• <br />SUBJECT: Replat of Parcel 2 and a Portion of Parcel 1 of Land Partition Plat #94-P0477 <br />I am writing this memo as president of Paddock Masonry, and also as an individual property <br />owner of the above-referenced property. <br />The private utility easement as shown on the original plat, across Parcel 1 of the above-referenced <br />property, was created during the original platting. The easement was created to cover a private <br />overhead power line to a pump house near the east margin of the property. The power line no <br />longer exists, so the easement is no longer necessary. <br />There is no need to perpetuate the private easement, so I hereby declare the easement withdrawn <br />and offer this memo as provision for removal of the easement from all future property references <br />including the current replat (MP 00-3). <br />Thank you for the help.
