THI', <br />CORRECTED EASEMENT DUPLICATES A PORTION OF A PREVIOUS EASEMENT DESCRIBED ON REEI. <br />1291, INSTRUMENT NO. 8412071, LANE COUNTY OREGON OFFICIAL RECORDS <br />JAMES PADDOCK , GRANTOR, <br />conveys to the CITY OF EUGENE, an OREGON MUNICIPAL CORPORATION, GRANTEE, an <br />easement over, across, and under the following described land and real property: <br />THE MOST NORTHERLY 10.00 FEET OF PARCEL 3, LAND PARTITION PLAT No. 94-P0477; LANE <br />COUNTY OREGON PLAT RECORDS. <br />for a ./stormwater system to be constructed and located below the surface uflhe real property, <br />as the same has been surveyed and located over said real property by the City. The City and its <br />contractors, subcontractors, agents or employees, shall have the right to go upon said real property for the <br />purpose of constructing and maintaining said system. The said system shall be so constructed so as to do <br />no damage to said real property. After the construction of said system said real property, at the points <br />where the sewer is laid and constructed, shall be left in as good condition as before the construction of the <br />system.
