UNIVERSITY OF OREGON <br />NORTH CAMPUS <br />CONDITIONAL USE & WILLAMETTE GREENWAY PERMIT APPLICATION <br /> <br />Item 2: Per EC 9.6850 through 9.6870, the classification of all streets in the vicinity of the <br />project site are as follows: Franklin Boulevard, major arterial; Millrace Drive, local <br />street; and Riverfront Parkway, a local street. <br />Item 3: Details will be provided regarding potential slope easements and reviewed by the <br />city through the standard development process as they become available. The <br />project site contains no potential slope easements. This item is not required on the <br />site plan. <br />Item 4: Details will be provided regarding a street center profile using ground elevations and <br />reviewed by the city through the standard development process as they become <br />available. The project site contains no potential slope easements. This item is not <br />required on the site plan. <br />Item 5: Details will be provided regarding alterations to right-of-ways and paving of existing <br />streets and intersections and reviewed by the city through the standard <br />development process as they become available. <br />Item 6: Details will be provided regarding existing and proposed curbs and sidewalks on- <br />site and adjacent to the project site and reviewed by the city through the standard <br />development process as they become available. <br />Item 7: The proposed development does not alter existing street connectivity, therefore <br />illustration of street connectivity, and applicable street connectivity standards are <br />not required. <br />Item 8: Details will be provided regarding illustrations of Vision Clearance Areas and <br />reviewed by the city through the standard development process as they become <br />available. <br />Item 9: The proposed development will not alter access for secondary emergency vehicles. <br />Item 10: Sheet L02 Site Plan (Exhibit A) shows the street names for all existing streets, both <br />public and private, in accordance with EC 9.6855. <br />Item 11: The proposed development does not alter streets surrounding the site, therefore <br />illustration of the radii of all curves on the site plan is not required. <br />Item 12: The project does not propose transit-related facilities (e.g., bus stops, park and ride <br />stations, or transit stations), but the site is in proximity to an EmX transit station on <br />Franklin Boulevard. <br />Item 13: The street grade atÄand in the vicinityÄof the project site does not exceed 12 <br />percent. <br />Item 14: Sheet L02 Site Plan (Exhibit A) shows no existing private access driveways to the <br />project site.
