UNIVERSITY OF OREGON <br />NORTH CAMPUS <br />CONDITIONAL USE & WILLAMETTE GREENWAY PERMIT APPLICATION <br />.15 Supporting Analysis and Documents <br />Item 1: A Geotechnical Analysis will be provided on individual projects and reviewed by <br />the city through the standard development process as they become available. <br />Item 2: A wetland determination from the ODSL and wetland delineation report will be <br />provided on individual projects and reviewed by the city through the standard <br />development process. <br />Item 3: A legal description of the property, suitable for recording and typed and on 8.5Æ <br />by 11Æ white sheet of paper with no letterhead, is provided as Exhibit F. <br />7.2 Willamette Greenway Permit <br />.1 Filing Fee <br />The application review fee of $4,813.44 is included with the initial submittal. <br />.2 Submittal Format Requirements <br />Three (3) print copies and one (1) electronic copy of the written statement and exhibits are <br />provided as part of this submittal and are folded to 11Æ by 17Æ or smaller, where applicable. <br />Findings of compliance with applicable criteria at EC 9.3725, S-SP Riverfront Park Special Area <br />Zone Approval Criteria, and EC 9.8815, Willamette Greenway Permit Approval Criteriaare provided <br />in Sections 6.1 and 6.2. <br />.3 Written Statement <br />A detailed written statement describing how this request is consistent with all applicable criteria <br />(Section 9.8815 of the Eugene Code) is provided in Section 6 Approval Criteria and Standards. No <br />adjustments are requested. <br />.4 Property Review Checklist <br />A Public Works Property Review Checklist is not applicable to the request. <br />.5 General Site Plan Requirements <br />Item 1: The location of the Willamette River ordinary low water line and the distance from <br />the proposed development is shown on Sheet L02 Site Plan (Exhibit A), along with <br />the Greenway Boundary line. <br />Item 2: Sheet G00 Cover Sheet (Exhibit A) includes a vicinity map. <br />Item 3: Sheet L02 Site Plan (Exhibit A) shows the current building footprints and the <br />location of existing and possible proposed structures. <br />Item 4: A tabulation of coverage, including the amount of area covered by building(s), <br />parking, and the amount of area devoted to open space will be provided on <br />Cameron McCarthy FINAL SUBMITTAL | June 22, 2018 47 <br /> <br />
