allowed one minimum-width restricted movement access connection. <br />(e) Unrestricted access connections shall be aligned with connections across <br />the street or have a minimum 50-foot offset so that opposing turns from <br />the access connection and from a center turn lane can be executed in <br />front of one another. <br />The applicant is proposing to adjust this standard per EC 9.8030(28)(b) <br /> <br />(3) Access Connections to Local and Neighborhood Collector Streets. This standard is met. <br /> <br />(j) EC 9.6791 through 9.6797 regarding stormwater destination, pollution reduction, flow <br />control for headwaters area, oil control, source control, easements, and operation and <br />maintenance. <br /> <br />With respect to EC 9.6791 Flood Control, in order to protect lives and properties from flood and <br />drainage hazards, stormwater runoff, as calculated utilizing the Rational Method and considering <br />all developments having received tentative or final plan approval, from development sites shall be <br />discharged into existing stormwater flood control facilities that have the capacity to handle the <br />stormwater runoff; or, be retained or detained onsite; or discharged into a new stormwater flood <br />control facility constructed by the applicant.
