EC 9.8815(1): <br />Although this section is subordinate to EC ORS 197.303 the Applicant has provided the <br />following response for informational purposes: <br /> <br />The Site is not directly adjacent to the Willamette River. There is a 200-foot public greenbelt <br />(Maurie Jacobs Park) along the river providing a vegetation buffer between the proposal and <br />the river. Therefore, the Applicant’s proposal meets the intent of this criterion. <br /> <br />Although this section is subordinate to EC ORS 197.303 the Applicant has provided the <br />following response for informational purposes: <br /> <br />There is a public bike path on the west side of the greenbelt between the river and the Site. <br />This public bike path provides adequate public access to the river. With this provision, the <br />Applicant’s proposal meets the intent of this criterion.
