( <br /> <br />The Applicant requests an adjustment to Section EC 9.4290(3) to allow parking between <br />Lombard Street and Building 1. While the Applicant believes that the intent of the Code is <br />only to restrict parking in front of primary buildings directly facing the street, out of an <br />abundance of caution the applicant requests this adjustment. The location of Building 1 to <br />the parking provided does not erode any achievement of EC 9.8030(31) standards in any way <br />that would be different as the parking requires driveway entrances from Lombard Street as <br />shown regardless of the location of Building 1. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Part V: Willamette Greenway Permit <br />This section of the Applicant’s written statement recites the EC criteria found at EC 9.8815(1)- <br />(7) in with the Applicant’s response to follow each cited criterion.
