The proposal also has buildings set back 100’ from the designated “Top <br />of Bank” of the River, providing additional setback. The Applicant’s proposal meets the intent <br />of the criteria. Additionally, the Applicant’s plans depict the “ordinary low water line” as <br />determined by the Applicant’s wetland consultants.
