The Applicant’s proposal meets the purposes of the Multiple-Family Standards as <br />demonstrated below. <br />The Application is a proposal for a multiple family development within a residential zone (R- <br />2) and located outside the Downtown Plan area. Therefore, to the extent that the standards <br />meet constitutional and Needed Housing Statute principles, requirements and standards, the <br />Multiple-Family Standards are applicable. <br />The maximum building height for the base zone (R-2) is 35 feet per EC Table 9.2750. The <br />reference datum and vertical distance from the reference datum to the highest point of the <br />roof for each building type have been added to the exterior building elevation drawing sheets <br />included in Exhibit G.
