The Applicant requests an adjustment to EC 9.5500(11)(b)(2) as described in the subsection <br />above. Enhanced landscape buffers and pedestrian crosswalks will minimize the negative <br />aspects of parking uses in accordance with adjustment criteria. The drives meet all other <br />requirements of section EC 9.5500 (11) and EC9.8030(8)(e).
