The Applicant requests an adjustment to EC 9.5500 (11)(b)(2) where the central parking drive <br />around Building 2 provides a through-motor vehicle movement. The Applicant is requesting <br />an adjustment from this provision for Building 2 in accordance with EC 9.8030 (8)(e) and is <br />further discussed below. <br />No alley access is available or proposed by the Applicant. <br /> <br />Setback sidewalks are provided along the public street within the development site. Sidewalks <br />are also provided along private drive isles.
