Beginning tomorrow, November 6th, any new questions being directed toward you (or others <br />at the city such as Eric in Public Works) will bee ails to e by the inquiring Response <br />Committee ern era INQUIRIES SHOULD T T DIRECTLY T YOU. <br />I will get all new Response Committee inquiries to you every work day by 9 AM, and will "cc" the <br />committee member(s) making the inquiry so that they know their question is "at the city." <br />if you could direct your reply back to me (at anytime during the day) with a "cc" to the inquiring <br />Response Committee member(s) that would be very much appreciated. This way, your reply to the <br />committee member(s) will not be held up by me but I'll know that the inquiry has been handled. I'll <br />also see to it that anyone else on our committee that could use-the data in your reply is "in the loop." <br />We are currently putting together a list of outstanding questions/issues that remain pending your <br />response. When we finish that compilation (within a few days), we'll send it along to you for your <br />follow up. Hope this helps all of us over the next several busy weeks.
