The citizen's Response Committee for the Capital Hill PUD has established a method to <br />monitor our inquiries to you. We are hoping to assist you (and ourselves) so that you are only dealing <br />with one person at approximately the same time each day, rather than receiving emails throughout <br />the day from various folks. We are proposing that I send to you daily by around 9 AM any inquiries <br />about the project from our various Response Committee members.
