The other <br />four lots are owned and operated as Camp Harlow.51 <br />Summary of Development Constraints <br />In all, 518.3 acres of the land in Subarea P4.10 have one or more development constraints ("factors that <br />temporarily or permanently limit or prevent the use of land for economic development" per OAR 660- <br />009-005(2)). The remaining 48.9 acres of land in Subarea P4.10 are addressed below. <br />(b) Dismiss Remaining Candidate Land that Cannot Reasonably <br />Accommodate the Specific Types of Land Needs / Cannot be <br />Expected to Provide the Appropriate Site Characteristics for the <br />Proposed <br />Use <br />The map "Subarea P4.10: Site <br />Characteristics of <br />Unconstrained Land" shows <br />the remaining/ unconstrained <br />land in Subarea P4.10 with the <br />following site characteristic <br />elements displayed: <br />Dismissal of sites that are more <br />than 1 mile by road from <br />access to a State Designated <br />Freight Route <br />The nearest State Designated <br />Freight Routes to Subarea <br />P4.10 are Interstate-5 and <br />Randy Pape Beltline.
