A small tax lot <br />adjacent to these right-of-way <br />lots is owned and operated by <br />the Eugene Water and Electric <br />Board. The largest tax lot is <br />owned and operated by the <br />Oregon Horse Center. Two lots <br />west of River Road are owned <br />and operated by Springfield <br />Metro Wastewater.
