Even if there was not a sufficient bases for <br />dismissing Sites P4.8a, P4.8b, P4.8c, P4.8d, P4.8e, P4.8f, P4.8i, and P4.8j based on the ESEE <br />consequences discussed above, they are dismissed from further consideration for this reason. <br />(9) Subarea P4.9 <br />Subarea Boundary <br />Current Eugene UGB <br />Street Rights of Way <br />Major Streets <br />Fourth Priority Land <br />the following information: <br />F-1 <br />Eugene <br />Dismissal of Land with Slopes in Excess of 5 Percent Grade <br />Subarea P4.9 is located to the north of <br />the current UGB, between Prairie Road <br />and the Willamette River, as shown on <br />the "Extent" map. It is composed of <br />1,311.4 acres of fourth priority land. The <br />land in this subarea is designated as <br />Agriculture. <br />(a) Dismiss Candidate Land <br />with "Development <br />Constraints" - Factors that <br />Temporarily or Permanently <br />Limit or Prevent Use of Land to <br />Address the Identified <br />Industrial Land Deficit <br />The map "Subarea P4.9: Development <br />Constraints" shows the development <br />constraints present in Subarea P4.9. See <br />constraint maps, in Section ILb above, <br />showing the location of each <br />development constraint throughout <br />study area. Some land in the P4.9 <br />subarea has more than one type of <br />development constraint.
