(1) Subarea P2.1 <br />Subarea P2.1 is located to the <br />southeast of the current UGB, <br />near 30th Avenue and Interstate <br />5, as shown on the "Extent" map. <br />It is composed of 272.8 acres of <br />second priority land in three <br />closely located areas separated <br />from each other by fourth <br />priority land. The land in this <br />subarea is designated as either <br />Rural Residential, Rural <br />Commercial, Rural Industrial, or <br />Government and Education. <br />Subarea Boundary <br />r° i Current Eugene UGB <br />Street Rights of Way <br />Major Streets <br />- Second Priority Land <br />Eugene <br />(a) Dismiss Candidate Land with "Development Constraints" - Factors <br />that Temporarily or Permanently Limit or Prevent Use of Land to Address <br />the Identified Industrial Land Deficit <br />The map "Subarea P2.1: Development Constraints" shows the development constraints present <br />in Subarea P2.1. See constraint maps, in Section ILb above, showing the location of each <br />development constraint throughout study area. Some land in the P2.1 subarea has more than <br />one type of development constraint.
