This <br />input shaped the CAC's transportation and implementation strategies recommendations. <br />Land Use and Development Type Design Workshop <br />Over 80 participants gathered to provide input on desired building types along lower River Road <br />with attention to building height, building use, setback, and interface with existing <br />neighborhoods and the Willamette Greenway. This input shaped the CAC's zoning and <br />associated implementation strategies recommendations. <br />Community Data Gathering: Neighborhood Needs Assessment <br />The CAC recommended that a survey be conducted of residents located in the concept plan <br />study area and surrounding River Road area. This included parts of Whiteaker Neighborhood <br />Association (specifically, the Fir-Lombard area).
