10. Section 105.6.39 of the OFC is amended to provide: <br />105.6.39. Repair garages and motor fuel-dispensing facilities. An operational permit <br />from the Eugene Springfield Fire Marshal's Office is required for operations of repair garages, <br />and automotive, marine and fleet motor fuel-dispensing facilities for systems utilizing fuel that is <br />gaseous at NTP such as CNG, LNG, Hydrogen, and LPG. <br />11. Section 105.6.43 of the OFC is amended to provide: <br />105.6.43 Temporary membrane structures and tents. An operational permit issued by <br />the Eugene Springfield Fire Marshal's Office is required to operate an air-supported temporary <br />membrane structure, a tent having an area in excess of 1500 square feet or an occupant load of <br />50 or more, or multiple tents with.an aggregate area in excess of 1500 square feet. <br />12. Section 105.6.47 of the OFC is amended to provide: <br />.105.6.47 Performances with fire. An operational permit issued by the Eugene Springfield <br />Fire Marshal's Office is required to conduct a performance that utilizes fire for entertainment <br />purposes, outside of a protective housing or in ways in which it travels through the air (by one <br />person or between multiple persons) in a public or private location. <br />13. Section 105.7 of the OFC is amended to provide: <br />105.7 Required construction permits. Prior to construction, installation, alteration, or <br />augmentation, a Fire Code Construction Permit shall be obtained and plans submitted through <br />the City of Eugene Building and Permit Services Division for the work set forth in Sections <br />105.7.4, 105.7.8, through 105.7.13. <br />14. Section 105.7.9 of the OFC is amended to provide: <br />105.7.9 Hazardous materials: A Fire Code Construction Permit is required to install, <br />repair damage to, abandon, remove, place temporarily out of service, or close or substantially <br />modify a storage facility or other area regulated by Chapter 50 when the hazardous materials in <br />use or storage exceed the amounts listed in Table 105.6.20. Hazardous materials include highly <br />toxic and toxic chemical supply and drainage systems, HPM tools and systems, and cryogenic <br />systems. <br />Exceptions: <br />1. Routine maintenance. <br />2. -For emergency repair work performed on an emergency basis, application for <br />permit shall be made within two working days of commencement of work. <br />15. Section 105.7.11 of the OFC is amended to provide: <br />105.7.11 LP-gas.
