Attachment N-2
3. Mature 32" cottonwood tree just inside conservation zone, south of south parking spaces:
A. Discussed at length in the Arborist's Recommendations of 12/28/15.
B. Tree appears to be sound in the lower 20 feet of the trunk but there may be great
damage from ripped off large limbs at 20 feet. At 40 feet three large leaders rise another
40 feet, and in these, there are large dead limbs, some hangers, and many broken off
large limbs.
C. If the area within an 120 foot radius were to remain that of an occasional occupancy rate,
the tree would rate moderate risk. However, plans for new construction call for a
parking lot within 15 feet of the tree, this will definitely raise the risk rating to severe.
4. Multi Stemmed maple(s), in conservation zone. North
Drawing not to scale.
32" Cottonwood

A \ D_ E.
B.
Vault
