For further information, a Willamette Greenway permit <br />application, file number WG 13-0001, is being submitted concurrently with <br />this application that will provide criterion analysis. <br />(Policy F.23) Require bikeways to connect new development with nearby <br />neighborhood activity centers and major destinations. <br />Findings: Creating housing on this inf ill site nearby every day shopping <br />minimizes traffic impacts while taking full advantage of the site's walk-and- <br />bikeability for daily errands. The Property also has excellent bicycling and <br />public transit options to downtown Eugene. <br />(Policy F.26) Provide for a pedestrian environment that is well integrated <br />with adjacent land uses and is designed to enhance safety, comfort, and <br />convenience of walking. <br />(Policy F.27) Provide f or a continuous pedestrian network with reasonably <br />direct travel routes between destination points. <br />Findings: The PUD proposes to improve and maintain the existing path <br />connections between the River Road neighborhood and the Willamette River <br />Greenway path system.
