Issues regarding the placement and <br />construction of site walls have been resolved and are proposed to enhance <br />both properties. Please refer to the proposed site and landscape plans for <br />further information. <br />METRO PLAN - SPECIFIC ELEMENTS: (F) TRANSPORTATION ELEMENT <br />(Goal 1) Provide an integrated transportation and land use system that <br />supports choices in modes of travel and development patterns that will <br />reduce reliance on the automobile and enhance livability, economic <br />opportunity, and quality of life. <br />Findings: As demonstrated in other code compliance criteria below in this <br />statement, the PUD proposes an enhanced and viable integrated <br />transportation system that allows for multiple modes of travel.
