For further <br />evidence and analysis showing compliance with this criterion, please refer to <br />Planned Unit Development, Tentative Plan permit application file number <br />PDT 13-0001. <br />(Goal 2) Enhance the Eugene-Springfield metropolitan area's quality of life <br />and economic opportunity by providing a transportation system that is: <br />Balanced, Accessible, Efficient, Safe, Interconnected, Environmentally <br />responsible, Supportive of responsible and sustainable development, <br />Responsive to community needs and neighborhood impacts, and <br />Economically viable and financially stable. <br />Findings: The development proposes an economically viable and financially <br />stable residential building model - cohousing - in an area newly annexed to <br />the city of Eugene that responds to the community needs by providing <br />sustainable development with a well-maintained accessible transportation <br />system that is safe and environmentally responsive. <br />(Policy F.4) Require improvements that encourage transit, bicycles, and <br />pedestrians in new commercial, mixed use, and multi-unit residential <br />development. <br />Findings: As previously mentioned in the statement, the proposed <br />development complies with circulation and access development standards <br />for multiple-family dwellings. For further evidence and analysis showing <br />compliance with this criterion, please refer to Planned Unit Development, <br />Tentative Plan permit application file number PDT 13-0001. <br />(Policy F.22) Construct and improve the region's bikeway system and provide <br />bicycle system support facilities for both new development and <br />red evel opment/expansion <br />Findings: As mentioned in the statement below, the proposed development <br />complies with circulation and access development standards for multiple- <br />family dwellings.
