I <br />n addition to requirements at EC 9.2170(12), any uses <br /> <br />that include drive-through facilities shall meet the following requirements: <br />(a) <br />Drive-through lanes shall not be located between buildings and all streets. <br />(b) <br />Menu boards and speakers shall be located 50 feet minimum from S-SW/AC, <br />S-SW/SFO and R-1 zoned properties. <br /> <br />9.3842 S-SW South Willamette Special Area Zone Prohibited Uses. <br />The following uses are <br />not permitted in the S-SW Zone. <br />(1) Retail Sales and Service Uses: <br /> <br />(a) <br />Agricultural Machinery Rental; <br />(b) <br />Casinos; <br />(c) <br />Firing ranges; <br />(d) <br />Heavy Equipment Sales; <br />(e) <br />Kennels; <br />(f) <br />Mortuaries; <br />(g) <br />Outdoor sales or leasing of consumer motor vehicles, including passenger <br />vehicles, motorcycles, light and medium trucks, boat and watercraft, and other <br />recreational vehicles; <br />(h) <br />Recreational vehicle parks; <br />(i) <br />Recycling or transfer stations (with the exception of small recycling center as <br />defined at EC 9.0500); <br />(j) <br />Taxidermists. <br />(2) Institutional Uses: <br /> <br />(a) <br />Cemeteries; <br />(b) <br />Correctional facility. <br />(3) Manufacturing and Production Uses: <br /> <br />(a) <br />Concrete batching and asphalt mixing; <br />(b) <br />Lumber mills, pulp and paper mills, and other wood products manufacturing; <br />(c) <br />Production of pre-fabricated structures including manufactured homes; <br />(d) <br />Slaughterhouses, meatpacking and feed lots. <br />(4) Industrial Service Uses <br />: <br />(a) <br />Auto and truck salvage and wrecking; <br />(b) <br />Exterminators; <br />(c) <br />Fuel oil distributors; <br />(d) <br />Heavy truck servicing and repair; <br />(e) <br />Machine shops or welding shops; <br />(f) <br />Salvage or wrecking of heavy machinery, metal and building materials; <br />(g) <br />Solid fuel yards; <br />(h) <br />Tire re-treading or recapping; <br />(i) <br />Towing and vehicle storage; <br />(j) <br />Truck stops; <br />(5) Parks and Open Space Uses: <br /> <br />(a) <br />Campground; <br />(b) <br />Golf course (including driving range). <br />(6) Utilities and CommunicationsUses <br /> : <br />Telecommunications facilities, except for telecommunications collocation and <br />antenna, as defined at EC 9.0500 and in accordance with the applicable standards <br />of EC 9.5750, where applicable. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> 9.3 - 7 4/21/2015 <br /> <br /> <br />
