Rest Haven TPR Analysis (14-206) <br /> March 31, 2015 <br />2.0INTRODUCTION <br />Branch Engineering Inc. has been retained by Charles Wiper, Inc to evaluate potential traffic <br />impacts associated with the proposed metro plan amendment and zone change of the site. This <br />report strives to meet transportation planning rule and traffic analysis requirements as <br />presented in the scoping checklist included with completeness review comments received from <br />the City of Eugene dated February 13, 2015 (see Appendix A).
