Written Statement <br /> Chamotee Trails PUD <br /> February 3, 2015 <br /> <br />(6) The PUD provides safe and adequate transportation systems through compliance <br />with all of the following: <br />(a) EC 9.6800 through EC 9.6875 Standards for Streets, Alleys and Other Public <br />Ways (not subject to modifications set forth in subsection (11) below). <br />9.6810 Block Length <br />Without an exception, the maximum block length is 600 feet. A block length <br />of approximately 900 feet exists along West Amazon Drive between Fox <br />Hollow Road and Vivian Drive. The PUD qualifies for an exception under <br />EC 9.6810(1). To dedicate a street through the site shortening the block <br />length would require disturbance to the steep slopes protected in the Open <br />Space. <br /> <br />9.6815 Connectivity for Streets <br />Disturbance to the steep slopes protected in the Open Space qualifies the <br />PUD for an exception to the connectivity standards per EC 9.6815(2)(g)2a. <br /> <br />9.6820 Cul-de-Sacs <br />No cul-de-sacs are proposed. <br /> <br />9.6830 Intersections of Streets and Alleys <br />No intersections are prosed. <br /> <br />9.6850 Street Classification Map <br />The Street Classification Map shows West Amazon Drive and Vivian Drive <br />as local designations. <br /> <br />9.6855 Street Names <br />No streets are proposed. <br /> <br />9.6860 Street Right-of-Way Map <br />The Street Right-of-Way map does not show widths for either West Amazon <br />Drive or Vivian Drive.
