Written Statement <br /> Chamotee Trails PUD <br /> February 3, 2015 <br /> <br />(f) EC 9.6735 Public Access Required. <br />All lots have frontage on a public street right-of-way. <br /> <br />(g) EC 9.6750 Special Setback Standards. <br />As discussed under EC 9.8325(6)(a) the rights-of-way and street <br />improvements meet the applicable width criteria; therefore no special <br />setbacks are needed. <br /> <br />(h) EC 9.6775 Underground Utilities. <br />All new utilities will be placed underground. <br /> <br />(i) EC 9.6780 Vision Clearance Area. <br />The vision clearance criteria apply to street intersections. Since there are <br />no street improvements within the Vivian Drive right-of-way, there are no <br />street intersections to which this criteria is applicable. <br /> <br />(j) EC 9.6791 through 9.6797 regarding stormwater destination, pollution <br />reduction, flow control for headwaters area, oil control, source control, <br />easements, and operation and maintenance. <br /> <br />EC 9.6791 Stormwater Flood Control <br />The stormwater created by the PUD will be discharged via a spreader on <br />the Vivian Drive right-of-way near the south line of Lot 10. The spreader is <br />designed to maintain the existing flow patterns. Refer to the Stormwater <br />Management Plan and Drainage Study and the Stormwater Operation and <br />Maintenance Plan for design information. <br /> <br />EC 9.6792 Stormwater Quality <br />The stormwater created by the shared driveway will be directed to a <br />vegetated swale for filtration prior to discharge. Each individual lot will be <br />responsible for stormwater treatment at the time of construction. Refer to <br />the Stormwater Management Plan and Drainage Study and the <br />Stormwater Operation and Maintenance Plan for design information. <br /> <br />EC 9.6793 Stormwater Flow Control (Headwaters) <br />The Headwaters Streams Map indicates a headwaters stream may exist on <br />the property; however given the scale and detail of the map it is hard to be <br />certain if it is on or near the property. A comparison of the Headwaters <br />Streams Map with Goal 5 Water Resources Conservation Plan, Section IV, <br />Map 9 before approval of OC2 12-1 shows that the headwaters stream is the <br />Branch Engineering, Inc. <br /> Page 10 of 13 <br />
