Amazon Dr. formally contest the construction of
an additional single-family home (detached duplex dwelling) on the property of 3755 E Amazon
Dr. The driveway and parking associated with this site are grossly inadequate to accommodate
new residents behind the existing house at 3755 E. Amazon Dr.

The proposed action would significantly increase traffic in a shared driveway space that currently
serves two single-family dwellings (3755 & 3771 E Amazon Dr.) and is directly connected to the
driveway of my residence (3787 E Amazon Dr.). Any additional household could easily be
assumed to include a vehicle for each member of a couple, an additional vehicle for between one
to several other inhabitants, such as teenage drivers, roommates, or other residents, and many
families own a token pickup, boat, or camper etc. This estimation predicts that between 2 to
easily up to 6 or more vehicles per household could be added to this inadequate driveway space.
The burden of traffic also includes guests, visitors, delivery drivers, and many other forms of
vehicular movement. Case in point, the existing home at 3755 E Amazon Dr currently hosts four
vehicles daily: a car that utilizes the garage, two vehicles permanently parked in the carport, as
well as a camper parked behind the house in the driveway and includes regular frequent visiting
traffic.

Currently, the driveway is inadequate to serve the existing dwellings. The driveway is often
congested with multiple vehicles attempting to come, go, or park in the limited space, and I
already experience visitors from those homes parking in my driveway. Additional neighbors will
only increase the occurrence of me being blocked in while parked at my own home; this is
unacceptable. It is difficult to pull out onto the busy street of E Amazon Dr. and a frequently
occurring hazard is when I am trying to get out of my driveway and am blocked from seeing
down the street by other cars either parked or attempting to get onto E Amazon Dr. at the same
