The middle <br />housing development site is approximately 0.24 acres in size and is zoned GO General Office <br />with a /TD Transit Oriented District zone overlay. The existing office building on Tax Lot 06500 is <br />proposed to be removed and replaced with the construction of a Middle Housing Triplex <br />(Building Permit #26-01312-01). On the adjacent vacant lot to the south (Tax Lot 06501) <br />another Middle Housing Triplex is proposed (Building Permit #25-08586-01).
