The subject property is approximately 0.20 acres in size (8,635 <br />square feet) and is zoned R-1 Low-Density Residential. The property is currently developed with <br />an attached duplex (i.e. two dwellings on a single lot). Middle Housing Lot 1 (Parcel 1) is <br />proposed to be 3,897 square feet while Middle Housing Lot 2 (Parcel 2) is proposed to be 4,976 <br />square feet. Each lot contains one unit of the attached duplex. <br /> <br />The properties to the east, south, and west are developed with residential uses including single- <br />unit dwellings and duplexes.
