Public Hearing & Possible Action: 1400 Cross Street Metro Plan Amendment / <br />Refinement Plan Amendment / Zone Change (MA 20-2/ RA 20-2/ Z 20-8) <br />Metro Plan Amendment and concurrent Refinement Plan Amendment to change <br />the land use designation of two tax lots from Light Medium Industrial to Mixed-Use. <br />A concurrent Zone Change would also rezone the properties from 1-2 Light-Medium <br />Industrial to S-W Whiteaker Special Area Zone with /SR Site Review Overlay. A concurrent Zone Change would also <br />rezone the properties from 1-3 Heavy Industrial to 1-2 Light Industrial.
