The following notice is being sent to inform you of your opportunity to submit testimony on a voluntary <br />remand from the Oregon Land Use Board of Appeals, of the land use approval for Oakleigh Meadow <br />Cohousing Final PUD (PDF 15-2): <br />In this case, only written testimony will be accepted; a public hearing will not be held. The information below <br />identifies the timeframes during which testimony (evidence and argument) can be submitted to.the Hearings <br />Official. <br />After the timeframes for testimony are up, the Hearings Official will review the record, including all newly <br />submitted materials, and render a decision on the application within approximately 15 days. The Hearings <br />Official's decision will be based on whether or not the application meets,the final PUD approval criteria at <br />Eugene Code (EC) 9.8365. Notice of that decision will be provided to all interested parties of record. <br />Testimony may be submitted to the Hearings Official only according to the following schedule of three "open- <br />record" periods: <br />TIMELINE FOR SUBMITTING TESTIMONY: <br />First Open-Record Period <br />When: Received by the City by 5:00 p.m. on February 23, 2018 <br />Who may submit testimony: Anyone <br />What kind of testimony will be accepted: Written testimony (evidence and argument). It will be helpful to the <br />Hearings Official if testimony submitted during the first open record period explains how it relates to the <br />approval criterion in EC 9.8365. <br />Second Open-Record Period <br />When: Received by the City by 5:00 p.m. on March 2, 2018 <br />Who may submit testimony: Anyone <br />What kind of testimony will be accepted: Written testimony (evidence.and argument) that directly responds <br />to testimony received during the first open-record period. Testimony received during the second open-record . <br />period should specifically identify the testimony from the first open-record to which it responds. <br />Final Open-Record Period <br />When: Received by the City by 5:00 p.m. on March 9, 2018 <br />-Who may submit testimony: Only the applicant (including the applicant's representative). <br />What kind of testimony will be accepted: Written argument (not evidence) that directly responds to <br />testimony received during the first and second open-record periods. <br />
