Adjustment #1: Modify multiple-family parking court requirements. <br />2. Adjustment #2: Increase the allowable length of a multi-family building. <br />Additional adjustment request per REV 1: <br />3. Adjustment #3: Increase the building setback for building frontage from 10 ft to <br />15 ft. <br />4. Adjustment #4: Allow through-motor vehicle movement through the site, with <br />two points of entry/exit. <br />5.
