In order to simplify review of the materials we are resubmitting, <br />we have outlined our responses to each of the comments. The responses below are organized to <br />correspond with the review comments from each department. <br />Planning - Erik Berg-Johanson <br />• Willakenzie Area Plan - Goodpasture Subarea: The application narrative has been revised to <br />address policies for the "Goodpasture Island Subarea." Please see pages 64-65 of the narrative. <br />• Willakenzie Area Plan Policies: Additional architectural details have been added to the south <br />fagade of the hotel be increasing the area that will contain decorative trellises. Please see <br />Attachment 'J'. <br />• Lighting: Exterior site lighting is shown on sheet C120 and is called out using keynotes number <br />13 and 14. Pole mounted lights will be 20 feet tall with full cutoff fixtures. Followed lights will be <br />located around entrances and pedestrian walkways as noted. Please see pages 20, 23, 24, 25, <br />28, 63, 66, and 67 of the application narrative for response to applicable review criteria from the <br />Eugene Code. A photometric plan will be provided with the building permit submittal for review <br />to ensure that all lighting meets the applicable all code criteria. <br />• Site Review Criterion #7: The application narrative has been revised to address the criteria <br />from AZ 79-3 cited above. Please see pages 48-49. <br />• Full-Size Plan Sheets: 3 sets of full-size plan sheets are included with the updated submittal <br />package. <br />Parks and Recreation Department <br />• Signage at shared use path: The applicant will consider installation of signage as suggested by <br />the Eugene Parks and Recreation Department. However, as this is only a suggestion, the <br />applicant understands that including such signage is not required in order to deem the <br />application complete. <br />• Safety and Security Measures along WR-setback: As suggested by the Eugene Parks and <br />Recreation Department, the applicant will consider installation of security or safety measures <br />215 N.W. 4th Street, Corvallis, OR 97330.
