The proposed changes are as follows: <br />1. Delete Condition of Approval 45 for Lots 6-10 <br />2. Construction of garages for Lots 5, 6, 8-10 <br />3. Driveway construction for Lots 8-10 <br />4. Construction of emergency vehicle turnaround at the end of Leatherwood Drive <br />The purposed changes will have no impact on Lots 1-4, 7, 11 and 12, or (the open space) Tax Lot <br />#8100. <br />Condition 45 places architectural detail restrictions that are more restrictive than the restrictions <br />placed under the current code. The applicant is proposing that this condition be replaced with a <br />condition that states that lot development meets current standards (or current standards at the <br />time of submission for building permits). <br />With regard to driveways, lots 6 and 7 abut Leatherwood Drive, eliminating the need for <br />driveways.
