Parcel 1 has two meters for the <br />duplex, located in the ROW of Ferry St. Parcel 2 has one meter located in the ROW of E. 30th Ave. Should any <br />changes to service be needed, please contact EWEB’s Building and Renovations dept at 541-685-7086. <br /> <br />Water comments or questions can be directed to : <br /> <br />Amy Abramson <br />Water Engineering Technician III <br />Eugene Water & Electric Board <br />Office/fax 541-685-7625; amy.abramson@eweb.org <br /> <br /> <br />Right-of-Way Comments <br />Easements must be either Public Utility Easements or EWEB Easements if they are to accommodate EWEB facilities. <br />A PUE or EWEB Easement is required for the existing overhead lines crossing Parcel 1 that serve proposed Parcel 2, <br />unless those lines are relocated prior to recordation of the final plat. <br /> <br />If a Public Utility Easement is designated on the plat, the plat should include the customary note for PUEs: “No <br />building, structure, trees, shrubbery or other obstruction shall be placed or located on or in a public utility easement.” <br />This note is on the Final Plat. There is overhead electric on Parcel 1 that does not cross Parcel 2. The electric for <br />Parcel 2 that crosses Parcel 1 is underground. It was installed with building permit #21-01762-01. <br /> <br />If an EWEB Easement will be designated on the plat, a separate EWEB Easement document will need to be created <br />by EWEB Property Management. This document will be recorded with the Plat. In addition, if an EWEB Easement is <br />designated on the plat, EWEB requests that a Note be added to the plat stating: “EWEB easements shall include <br />EWEB and its joint users with whom it may contract.
