Pursuant to the definition of middle <br />housing in Section 9.0500, townhouses are considered a type of middle housing. That <br />said, this project does not include lot area reductions or the housing types noted above. <br />Therefore, these standards do not apply. <br />9.2750 Residential Zone Development Standards. <br />In addition to applicable provisions contained elsewhere in this code, the development <br />standards listed in this section and in EC 9.2751 to EC 9.2777 shall apply to all <br />development in residential zones. In cases of conflicts, standards specifically <br />applicable in the residential zone shall apply. In cases of conflicts in this section <br />between the general standards and the area-specific standards, the area-specific <br />standards shall apply. <br /> The following Table 9.2750 sets forth the residential zone development <br />standards, subject to the special development standards in EC 9.2751.
