Applicable Criteria and Responses <br />EC 9.7900 - General Overview of Expedited Land Division / Middle Housing <br />Land Division Application Procedures <br />Criterion / Standard: <br />EC 9.7900 provides that the Expedited Land Division / Middle Housing Land <br />Division review process is reviewed by the Planning Director based on applicable <br />provisions of the land use code, with notice to nearby occupants and property <br />owners before the Planning Director's decision. <br />Response: <br />The applicant elects to have this Middle Housing Land Division Tentative Plan <br />reviewed under EC 9.7900 through EC 9.7925. The application materials include <br />the tentative plan, written statement, preliminary title report, and other <br />supporting information necessary for the Planning Director's review. Notice will <br />be provided by the City in accordance with the applicable procedure. This <br />standard is satisfied. <br />EC 9.7905 - Application Completeness <br />Criterion / Standard: <br />EC 9.7905 requires the City to review an MHLD application for completeness <br />within 21 days of receipt and describes when review begins if the application is <br />incomplete or missing information.
