Request Summary <br />The applicant requests approval of a Middle Housing Land Division Tentative <br />Plan to divide the subject parent lot into 2 middle housing lots and no common <br />area tract(s), if applicable. The proposed middle housing land division will allow <br />each middle housing dwelling unit to be located on a separate middle housing lot, <br />with any shared access, utility, parking, pedestrian, and common area elements <br />addressed by easements and/or common area tracts. <br />The subject property is a legal lot located at 2078 Dewey Street, identified as 17- <br />04-16-34-09800 and zoned R-1. The proposal is a land division for duplex middle <br />housing land division to be developed later. The tentative plan has been prepared <br />by an Oregon Licensed Land Surveyor and includes the parent lot boundary, <br />proposed middle housing lot lines, common areas, easements, existing and <br />proposed structures, utilities, access, and applicable notes. <br />The proposed middle housing land division is reviewed under EC 9.7900 through <br />EC 9.7925 and the specific Middle Housing Land Division tentative plan <br />requirements and approval criteria in EC 9.8193 and EC 9.8194.
