Based on the findings and responses above, the proposed Middle Housing Land <br />Division Tentative Plan satisfies the applicable procedural requirements in EC <br />9.7900 through EC 9.7925, the application requirements in EC 9.8193, the tentative <br />plan approval criteria in EC 9.8194, and the applicable supporting standards <br />related to utilities, streets, street width, and special setbacks. The applicant <br />respectfully requests approval of the Middle Housing Land Division Tentative <br />Plan, subject to any conditions necessary to ensure final compliance with <br />applicable Eugene Code requirements. <br />
